Participant name is incorrect

Updating a Participant’s Name

For security reasons, participant names can only be updated by the participant. Neither Vertical Change nor the CCAT Help Desk can make this change on their behalf.

Participants should follow these steps to update their name:

  1. Log into their Vertical Change account.

  2. Go to their Profile.

  3. Edit their name and save changes.

Updated name will automatically appear in the CCAT system once saved.
