Issues saving in Details tab

Details tab save errors don’t impact CCAT® or background responses.

We are aware that some participants experience issues saving information in the Details tab. This is a known platform limitation, and our team is working toward improvements.

The good news is that you do not need to enter information in this tab for your assessment to be valid. The organization details we need are already captured through the CCAT® survey and Background Questions.

If you run into problems in the Details tab, you can safely continue with the rest of the assessment without concern.
