When you receive your Welcome Email, your activation link is good for 72 hours. After that, you will need to do one of the following actions to get your invite resent and/or complete your account activation:
Go to the login page for https://www.verticalchange.com/, then select "Don't remember your password?" to initiate a password reset.
Your username is the email addressed you registered with.
Email CCAThelp@tccgrp.com to request for your invitation to be resent.
Or contact the person leading the CCAT process for your organization. In some cases, this is a designated Organizational Lead, a Cohort Lead, or a CCAT Facilitator.
