I cannot log in to the CCAT® system.

If you are unable to log in to the CCAT system, try the steps below to resolve the issue.

Check that you are using the correct login page

Make sure you are logging in at:
https://app.verticalchange.com/login

Confirm that you completed your account activation

  • If you have not activated your account yet, you will not be able to log in.
    Look for an email with the subject line “Welcome to the CCAT.”

  • Select the activation link in that email and set your password.

  • If your activation link has expired, please see our article: My account activation link expired.

Make sure you are entering your email address correctly

Your username is the same email address where you received the welcome email.

Try resetting your password

If you forgot your password or are unsure, you can reset it on the login page by selecting “Don't remember your password?”

Contact support if you still cannot log in
