I lost internet connection and need to resume my CCAT® survey

If your internet connection was interrupted while taking the CCAT, you can log back in and continue where you left off.

Log back into the CCAT system

Go to: https://app.verticalchange.com/login. Use the same email address and password you created during activation.

Return to your survey

On your dashboard, select Start next to the Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT).
The CCAT system automatically saves your responses as you go, so you will be able to continue from your most recently saved question.

Submit your survey when finished

After you complete the final section, be sure to select the Submit button to finalize your responses.
