Check to be sure the email addresses have been entered correctly for your participants. If all emails addresses look correct, ask the users to check their spam folders. If you still cannot locate the invitation email, please submit a request for support to our Help Desk.

How do I check if a participant's email address is correct?

Click on the "Participants" tab on the left-hand navigation panel. Participant names and email addresses should appear in the list. To edit an email address, click on the participant name and update the email address on the contact page.
