My user doesn't have access to start the CCAT survey on their dashboard.

Sometimes, a user might not have access to take the CCAT on their dashboard. This is typically due to a technical glitch or set-up error. To give them access to complete the survey, navigate to the Participants tab (on your left hand navigation panel) and click on the survey taker's profile.

  • From their profile page, click on the Forms tab.

  • Under Assessments, select the box next to Core Capacity Assessment Tool. This will give the participant access to complete the survey.
