As Cohort Lead, you are able to track the progress of your organizations. Once all the organizations from your cohort have been set up in the survey taking system, you'll have access to see their progress and send them reminders if necessary. See below for instructions.
Tracking Your Organizations' Surveys
- To keep track of each survey takers progress, click the Organizations tab on the left side of your dashboard.
- On this page, you will be able to see the progress of each organization. An organization's report cannot be generated unless a minimum of 3 participants have completed their CCAT survey.
Sending Email Reminders
- Click the Participants tab on the left side of your dashboard.
- Check each participants name who you'd like to send a reminder to.
- Click the three lines at the top right of the Participants grid, and click Email Selected.
- Add a name for your email campaign (Ex. "Reminder"), and select the Participant Reminder Email template.
- Click Send Email.
