Sometimes, a user might not have access to take the CCAT on their dashboard. This is typically due to a technical glitch or set-up error. To give them access to complete the survey, navigate to the Participants tab (on your left hand navigation panel) and click on the survey taker's profile.
From their profile page, click on the Forms tab.
Under Assessments, select the box next to Core Capacity Assessment Tool. This will give the participant access to complete the survey.
