Once an organization has submitted a minimum of 3 completed CCATs, their CCAT survey is ready to be closed, and their CCAT Report can be generated.
Closing a CCAT Survey
Before you download a report, you must close the organization's CCAT® survey. Please note that once you have closed the survey, no one else from the organization will be able to take the assessment.
Before closing the survey, make sure that:
At least 3 participants have submitted the survey, including one board member. (A CCAT Report will only be generated if there are at least 3 responses.)
Participants who have not submitted a CCAT are suspended. For instructions on how to suspend participants, please review our article on Managing Participants.
To close an organization's survey, click the "Organizations" tab on the left-hand side of the navigation panel. Then, click on the name of the organization you would like to close.
When the organization's profile page opens, go to the "Manage Surveys" tab and click "Close Survey" under the Actions column.
Download CCAT® Report
To generate a report, click on the CCAT Report tab under the organization's name. (Note: if you do not see this tab, you do not have the correct permission level to generate the report. Please reach out to CCAThelp@tccgrp.com for assistance.)
Select the "Reporting Period" from the dropdown menu. Then, click "Generate Report." The report should open in a separate tab and give options for printing and downloading.
Note: If the organization has previously taken the CCAT (using the same profile), you will likely see more than one date option in the "Reporting Period" dropdown, so be sure to select the appropriate reporting period.
Printing a PDF Copy of Your Report
Once you have generated your report, you can click the "Print and Save" button in the upper right-hand corner to save a shareable PDF of your CCAT Report, or to print a hard copy.
Note: For best printing quality, be sure to print in "Portrait" mode and de-select the "headers and footers" option in your printer's settings.
Survey takers do not automatically receive access to the CCAT Report, so it is a great idea to share it with them via email.
Generating a Comparison Report
A Comparison Report lets you see how your organization’s CCAT results compare to those of peer organizations.
If you would like to generate a Comparison Report, you can choose comparison criteria such as State, Programming, Budget Range, or Sector (Two options can be selected for "Programming" and two options can be selected for "Sectors"). Otherwise, you can leave these sections blank.
