Resolving Facilitator access issues across multiple cohorts

Learn what to do if a CCAT® Facilitator needs access to more than one cohort but their email address is already registered in VerticalChange.

Occasionally, a CCAT® Facilitator does consulting work with an organization (outside of their own cohort) and needs to access to a secondary cohort (or organization). However, in Vertical Change (our CCAT platform) email address are uniquely used (they can only be used once), which means that a participant is unable to register the same email address to two different profiles.

As an initial resolution point, the CCAT Help Desk will verify with the participant if they have an alternate email address to provide. If that is not possible and there is a distinct need for this account setup (access to more than one cohort with the same email address), please reach out to CCAThelp@tccgrp.com for further assistance.

Note: The same rationale applies for a registered participant is a Cohort Lead for one cohort/organization and needs simultaneously access to multiple organizations/cohorts.
