Participant is already registered in the system

When adding a participant to the system, you may sometimes receive a warning that there is a “duplicate entry” or that the “contact is already registered.” This means there is already an existing record associated with that participant’s email address. Please note that an email address can only be registered to one participant at a time.

You may ask the participant if they have an alternate email address that can be used. If that is not possible, please reach out to CCAThelp@tccgrp.com for assistance.
