You have been invited to participate in TCC Group's Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT®), which your organization is using to assess its effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth.
The CCAT® is a survey-based organizational assessment tool designed to help your nonprofit identify its organizational strengths and challenges in order to strategically grow as an organization. Click here to find out more about the CCAT.
You were selected to participate because your perspective is valuable. Your input helps ensure the assessment reflects a broad range of organizational experiences and viewpoints.
The CCAT takes about 30–40 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous. Please follow the steps below to get started.
Accessing Your Account
1. Locate Your Welcome Email
After you are added to the CCAT system, you will receive a welcome email with the subject line “Welcome to TCC Group's Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT®)”. Use the link in that email to set a password and login to the assessment portal.
Your email address will serve as your username.
2. Log In to the CCAT System
Use your username and password to log into https://app.verticalchange.com/login. Once logged in, you will arrive at your home page where you will see the beginning of the assessment.
3. If You Did Not Receive a Welcome Email
If the welcome email does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still do not see it (up to 24 hours after), contact the CCAT Help Desk at CCAThelp@tccgrp.com for support.
Take the CCAT Survey
Once logged into the CCAT system, select the "Start" button next to Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT®) to begin the assessment.
The Start button and the beginning of the assessment should be seen right on the landing page when you sign in.
The CCAT takes about 30-40 minutes to complete. It is not necessary to complete it in one sitting. If you log out, your responses will save automatically.
To resume the survey later, simply log back in at https://app.verticalchange.com/login.
Once you have completed the survey, you will have the opportunity to review any questions you skipped. Be sure to click the final "submit" button!
Note: While the CCAT can be taken on a mobile device, it is a better user experience to complete the Survey on a desktop or laptop computer.
