The background questions include approximately 15 questions on your organization's budget, sector, and programming, as well as historical personnel and budget information about your organization.

This form is entirely optional and does not impact your CCAT assessment results. The information is only used to generate comparison CCAT reports, which benchmark your CCAT scores against those of similar organizations. 

By default, organization leads are assigned the Background Question form. Only one person from your organization needs to complete this form. If you'd like to assign this form to someone else from your organization, contact us at CCAThelp@tccgrp.com.
