Thank you for joining our community of CCAT® Facilitators!
For first-timers: Upon completion of your CCAT Certification, a TCC team member will setup your profile on Vertical Change once you are ready to proceed with doing a CCAT with your practicum organization.
As a CCAT Facilitator, you have the ability to administer the CCAT assessment to your participating organizations through the survey portal (Vertical Change). To best manage your participating organizations, a cohort (a group of organizations) will be established so you are able to view and manage all your organizations in one place.
This article will help you begin using your facilitator account by guiding you through logging in for the first time and navigating to your Cohort Dashboard. After completing these steps, you may refer to our other support articles for instructions on managing organizations, adding participants, and generating CCAT Reports.
Accessing Your Account
1. Locate Your Welcome Email
After you are added to the CCAT system, you will receive a welcome email with the subject line “Welcome to TCC Group's Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT®)”. Use the link in that email to set a password and login to the assessment portal.
Your email address will serve as your username.
2. Log In to the CCAT System
Use your username and password to log into https://app.verticalchange.com/login. Once logged in, you will arrive at your Cohort Dashboard, where you will see the organizations assigned to you.
3. If You Did Not Receive a Welcome Email
If the welcome email does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still do not see it (up to 24 hours after), contact the CCAT Help Desk at CCAThelp@tccgrp.com for support.
CCAT Facilitator Task Checklist
This checklist provides guidance for first-time facilitators, as well as experienced facilitators working with one or multiple organizations. It outlines the typical workflow once you have logged into the CCAT system.
For each organization you work with:
Confirm your client organization(s) appear in your Cohort dashboard.
Decide who will add participants—you or a designated Organizational Lead (at the organization you are working with).
Add at least three participants to each organization you are working with.
Monitor participant completion and send reminders as needed.
Close the survey once the organization has at least three completed CCATs.
Generate the CCAT Report in the system and work with your client to schedule the CCAT Interpretation call.
