Getting Started for CCAT Facilitators

Instructions on how to begin using the CCAT.

As a CCAT Facilitator, you have the ability to administer the CCAT assessment to your participating organizations through the survey portal. Below you will find instructions for getting started with the CCAT.

Step 1: Logging In

You will receive an email with the subject line “Welcome to the CCAT” which contains a link to create an account. Click the link to set a password and login to the assessment portal.

If you have not received an email with login information, please check your spam/junk folders, and submit a request to the CCAT Help Desk.

Once you’ve activated your account, access the CCAT anytime with your email and password at We recommend bookmarking this page for easy access.

Step 2: Adding Organization to Your Cohort

After you log in, hover your cursor over the left-hand navigation panel to expand the menu. Click the "Organizations" tab on the left-hand navigation panel. From the Organizations page, you can see a list of all your participating organizations.

To add an organization, click the "+Add Organization" button. In the pop-up window, type in your new organization's name.

Note: If you are re-administering the CCAT to an organization that has previously participated in the CCAT, please contact

Click "Save" to add the new organization to your list.

Step 3: Adding Participants to an Organization

Your new organization should appear in your list. Click "Manage Participants" next to the name of the new organization to access the participant list. 

For new organizations, the participant list is empty. To add participants, click the "Add Participant" button. In the pop-up, complete the participant information, and designate each participant as the Organization Lead or as a Survey Taker. Organization Leads have the ability to add additional survey takers and can access the CCAT Report. Survey Takers cannot add participants or access the report. Save your new user by clicking the blue "Add Participant" button.

IMPORTANT: When you save the user's information, they will automatically be sent their initial email that will contain information on how to access the CCAT Survey.
